Fran:

Fran appears to be around a medium B cup, thought the clothing she wears tend to cover them at most times. Also, like the rest of her body, they are covered in stitching from when she was created. Whether that is sexy or not is really a matter of personal opinion.

Victoria:
Vicky is actually larger then one would expect from her usual appearance. Coming in at around a C cup, Victoria usually binds her chest. Though it hurts, Victoria does it for the same reason she does everything else, to maintain her doll-like image.

The only time she leaves her chest unbound is while she is sleeping or in an intimate position, which happens as often as never. So very few people even know that she binds.
