Um so ... apparently there is no internet where I am staying this week! I will doubtless steal internet here and there, but nothing consistent, I'm afraid.

This affects Anders and Murbella.

Given the way the poll's been going, the complete unusablity of LJ's latest release for some of our players and the fact that we have a preview of what the next lj release is gonna look like (if you don't wanna look through it, basically it's even worse than the current release), unless LJ does a sudden 180 in their design and policy, we're probably moving to dreamwidth as soon as doing so is practical.

Until the 1st of January, registration on DW does not require an invite code. I'd suggest that everyone snag usernames for their characters and use the import tool to import their userpics and entries. If you don't get yours by then, don't worry. We'll be compiling invite codes and emailing them to everyone.

When we move to DW, we'll close the LJ comms to new entries (while leaving comments on on the old entries so people can still backtag, and also allowing continuations from previous logs/entries on the new DW comms). Until then, consider everything to be business as usual. Thread and post as normal.
