As seen in this post, a whole lot of boxes that haven't been touched for years have suddenly been excavated into the station hallways. What's in them?

Random junk and as-made-on-TV knockoff products. Lots of them. Overpriced stuff you'd never buy or really need, even more so than whatever the original thing it's imitating is. Feel free to make up whatever, as long as it's something that could plausibly be sold on those commercials where they cut to black-and-white sequences with people completely failing at everyday tasks.

Nobody has a claim on them, so they'll probably spread around the station fairly quickly... but really, in the long run, who wants badly insulated knockoff Snuggies and shammy cloths that don't absorb properly? There's a reason all this stuff got shoved away and forgotten about in the first place...

Check out this post. Wolfwood's gotten a chance to do something, and is approaching it with zeal. He needs volunteers and ideas, though, so please tag in.

Also, there is the opportunity for an IC vote over all of this, if you all want. Some of the younger characters have a certain disdain for being schooled and looked after.
