After one last conversation (over the network) with the old hermit, the station will move on again. Here's some ideas for the next place to go:

1: A planet of city-states walled against a zombie infestation. The height of their annual entertainment is a survival race across zombie country. As always, there's a mysterious secret about the zombies and the planet's history

2: After the airing of the first episode of the magical girl propaganda series, the station infiltrates a universe where a multiversal giant media convention is going on and has to stealth promote it. Intrigue among the nerds.

3: The station captures a Fay'lian agent and has to choose wether or not to torture them for information. Can be combined with either of the above.

4: fucking cat planet how does it work (i'm not doing this one unless someone gives me a plan for how it'll go, what the place they're infiltrating is like, etc.)

5: Of course, your suggestion goes here!

CAT PLANET

The resistance goes to a planet of cats (about the size of golden retrievers) that have made homes of burrows created by a badger-like species that lives to dig and make caverns; The relationship between them is parasitic. Their way of writing is through a form of calligraphy using their tails as brushes and a kind of ground up plant for ink. While their written language is similar to that of the Japanese art form, it is more like the Japanese Kanji, in that these pictures make up words and don’t need as much finesse as human calligraphy.
The cats here are sentient and have a government established, similar to that of a constitutional monarchy, their economy is one of barter and their only real problems are the highly addictive catnip circulating in the black market, and the controversial discussions on the ethics of using the burrowers as means of securing shelter without doing something in return.
The cats other form of conversation is a mixture of body language and verbal language, as with humans, using varying lengths and pitches of meows, growls and yips.
The cat’s planet has a mineral that’s very difficult to reach, but is very valuable. This mineral stores energy easily and so could be used to power just about anything and, with enough of it, can make powerful weapons.
Enter the fay’lia who would like nothing more than to get a hold of this mineral; however, it is in a secret location, one only the cats know the way too and in a network of unstable caverns that are only large enough for the cats to fit in.
The fay’lia forces the cats into slavery, taking their kittens and making threats to make them work. If the Fay’lia get their hands on a substantial amount of this mineral it would mean serious trouble for the resistance.

I would officially like to voice my support for this option as it would mean I don't have to mod this mission
