Start threads for your characters with them making posts/status updates/profile changes in the format of different social networking sites, like Twitter, Facebook, Blogspot, Texts From Last Night, etc.
Reply to those threads as if you were using the same sites.
Be sure to note the format in the subject line
You can make multiple threads for your characters using multiple formats (IE one for Facebook, one for Twitter, etc.)
You can also backdate these (such as making a status update during one of the previous missions, or just after Spiderbeam crashed into the station)
