Hiiii guys, Seraphita here and today I will be bringing you Lain Iwakura from Serial Experiments Lain. IIt is an odd series but it well worth watching if you like things like Eva or Paranoia Agent. As for Lain herself, she'll be living in the station's network for the time being. So if the TV doesn't work its prolly her fault.

Lain is really in the vein of those series, but it actually manages to be more obtuse and hard to understand in many cases. Even the series original author admits there is no "right" interpertation of the story.

It is highly enjoyable though.

I've seen Lain once. I don't know if I have any idea about it, but the friend that showed it to me tried to explain it as a metaphor for a shamanic awakening.

Also we watched it all in one sitting. Which was more than a bit trippy.

But, yay, computer weirdness!

I've seen the series all the way through 4 times, twice on my own and twice with friends and I still have no clue what really is going on!
