He's annoying, but he seems pretty harmless. He reminds me of someone back home who used to get hit a lot.

Not a terrible fellow. Very sanguine, perhaps kind of pervy, but fun to hang about with. Given the choice between him and, say, Sajit or Cain, I'd probably take Sah'ot.

I'll have to get back to you on this, I haven't seen or heard enough to be able to really say anything about him yet. He does seem a little on the friendly side, though.
